After years of distracting myself with hard work, I happend to stumble across this wikipedia article thanks to Alex Drake.  Knowing how and why you are having certain thoughts and desires is important because it will give you "level ground" to analyze your actions from.  There are many different types of personalities.  Some of them are purposefully induced through reptition, others naturally form over time and evolve with increased interaction.

Within the last 12 hours I contacted the creator of the Custom Formatters module for Drupal trying to find out if there was a centralized place for Custom Formatters & I offered to make one if there wasn't.  .  Stuart informed me that there was not currently a place, and that he was too busy to build one.  The idea of using Drupal.org was floated, but it doesn't have the level of filtering that we will need for this project.  The goal of this project is to reduce repeated work among the Drupal community.  Saving people time and making society more efficient.  Custom Formatters is going to be one of the primary ways to display data on quite possibly the top feature-filled cms for years to come.

This is one of many upcoming blog posts which will analyze how the human mind works and why. Upon trying to establish various cooperative efforts, I have run into many road blocks.  The road blocks are not coming from the ideas, they are coming from the people that are unwilling to accept or apply these ideas.  Identifying WTF was wrong with these people (who had solutions to their problems lying in front of their face, yet they chose not to apply them) has become one of my primary focuses.  I would rather avoid analyzing these problems, but I feel that they are far too wide spread to be ignored.  If humanity at large does not get over these weaknesses, then our true potential will be greatly limited.

This is an unedited strategy paper I wrote back in 2008 for a business class @ UB.  Not much has changed, but some has, due to certain things becoming possible that were not possible in the past.  Please feel free to leave some comments, suggestions or maybe share some strategies of your own.
